aurelis takes over a real estate package of 30.4 mil. m² total area from the DB AG. The land plots were selected for their locations, value appreciation potential and marketability. The strategic aim is the development, optimization, marketing and management of real estate. A consortium lead by WestLB acquires 51 per cent of the business shares in aurelis, 49 per cent remain with the Deutsche Bahn AG. |
