aurelis: a comprehensive portfolio with potential
High value development and solid renting
aurelis is a company based on two strong pillars:
- A diversified portfolio of rental properties
- A comprehensive real estate development portfolio with significant potential for value growth
aurelis holds a comprehensive portfolio of land formerly belonging to the German Railway, distributed over 1300 properties. The company is located throughout Germany with large inner city plots. About 70% of these properties are in metropolis regions and economically interesting population centres such as Hamburg, Berlin, Hanover, Rhine-Ruhr, Rhine-Main, Stuttgart, Nuremberg and Munich. We thus provide investors and communities the opportunity to use attractive sites for urban development projects. aurelis clears the way: it develops the areas in coordination with the municipalities up to the point that planning law takes effect and the plots are ready for construction.
Furthermore, the company manages a highly diversified offering of rental properties -- from depots, office and business buildings to open areas. Rental business forms a solid foundation of the company. The diversified structure of the portfolio, from Group company to sole proprietor, and the distribution over various segments, assures a wide spread of risks. Revitalization projects that aurelis realizes in coordination with later users enhance the value of the portfolio in a sustainable way.
aurelis business shares are held by a consortium consisting of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung GmbH and Redwood Grove International at 50 percent respectively.
