Our most important aim for our tenants is flexibility: with a diversity of offers, individual term periods and appropriate rental rates.
We have depots, buildings or open areas in our portfolio. The tenant has the option to erect his own buildings on the plots. Because of their various building structures and often lovely architecture, the depots likewise offer an interesting framework for the tenants' own utilization and design ideas. But it may also be that aurelis builds on commission from the tenant or revitalizes an existing property.
Refurbishment within the portfolio
If you have found a site that fulfils your requirements, you can convert and modernize it yourself in coordination with the owner and municipalities. In case of certain selected projects, it is also conceivable that aurelis will carry out the refurbishment measures for you. Long term rental contracts ultimately result in planning security for everyone involved. We have already successfully realized models of this kind -- and created value for everyone involved in the process.
