aurelis develops existing usage areas, revitalizes or builds - always in close coordination with the future user. The property in the Nöldekestraße in the Harburg district of Hamburg is one example. Here the company built a two-storey office building and a vehicle hall of approximately 800 m² for its tenant, the Federal Agency for Technical Relief. This allowed the local department of the THW to pool vehicles, equipment and administration in one location for the first time in 25 years.
