The Europaviertel is emerging on an area of about 90 hectares and reaches about 3.5 kilometer between the Platz der Deutschen Einheit and the Rebstockpark-Gelände. About 70% of the entire area is owned by aurelis and form the Europaviertel West.
Space for approximately 3,000 residents and about 10,000 jobs will take shape here. The new Frankfurt city district is the most important opportunity for the metropolis on the Main River to expand inwardly. In the future, Frankfurt residents will experience a new dimension of living and working, close to the city centre and close to a large, contemporarily designed city park.
