Some of the portfolio properties are earmarked for development. We develop these sites in cooperation with the municipalities and divest them to investors, developers, or other market participants once planning law takes effect and the plots are ready for construction.
We hold the other part of the portfolio as assets. These consist of a highly diversified offering of rental properties: open areas of 1,000 to 100,000 m² are available, depots in various sizes and furnishings as well as buildings for commercial uses. Tenants are corporations, medium-sized companies and small firms.

We invest in our real estate in a specific, targeted way and, in consultation with the future users, we realize refurbishment measures aligned with future requirements. Long-term rental contracts ultimately result in planning security for everyone involved.
