Starting with the first urban development idea through to the planning of later buildings, we assure solid planning and execution in close cooperation with the municipalities. We manage sometimes intricate processes through to their conclusion and take over part of the costs for quality assurance measures. As the provider of public infrastructure, we prepare the public transit and green areas in coordination with the municipalities and transfer these to the city´s ownership. aurelis is also involved in the external development of the areas and preparation of the social infrastructure. This includes applying cooperative processes between the land owner and municipalities.
From start-up company to corporation – aurelis promotes business
We provide active local business promotion with our rental areas: 40 percent of our properties are rented to the Deutsche Bahn AG or other large corporations and institutions. We provide the remaining 60 percent to enterprises seeking solid and flexible solutions for their location. We also offer affordable space for young enterprises in their growth phrase. We thus assure the municipalities a reliable flow of industrial taxes and draw new, innovative companies to the location at the same time.
